100% Whole Wheat Bread That’s Yummy!

How have I been twisting this past week?Food 009a

Baking up loaves of good-for-you 100% Whole Wheat Bread, that’s how.

And this bread is so light and flavorful  it literally melts in your mouth with each delicious bite.  It has no fats, but is super-hydrated so it is moist and tender, and stays that way for days.  It’s great for  sandwiches and toast, or just plain with nothing on it, but I love it best of all when it’s  warm from the oven slathered with honey butter. Yummmmm!

It took me years to perfect a recipe for 100% whole wheat bread that you can actually eat and want to eat.   Everyone in my family loves it, especially my grandkids.  I don’t feel bad about giving them all they want because they are getting so much nutrition in each slice.

I’ll be happy to share the recipe if anyone is interested.  Just leave note in the comments.

By the way, this is my first post on my new blog.  How’d I do?  I chose the “green” theme because it symbolizes  the “life” that  should be in all the foods we consume.  Thanks for visiting.  Come back again.

Love,

Marly

I do agree with all of the ideas you have offered for your post.
They are really convincing and can certainly work.
Still, the posts are very quick for newbies. May just you please prolong them a bit from next time?
    Thank you for the post.

First of all I would like to say awesome blog!
I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my
mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the
first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any ideas or tips? Appreciate it!

Appreciating the time and effort you put into your blog and in depth information you present.
It’s awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same outdated rehashed material.
Excellent read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m including your RSS feeds to my Google account.

@Goji Berry, Thank you so much for your kind compliment. I have to say that the very first thing you need for writing is TIME. And I just don’t have much of it at the moment. Secondly, you must have peace and quiet so your thoughts can flow unobstructedly. Don’t worry about beginning, just start writing down something–anything so that barrier isn’t in place any longer. Even if you don’t like what you are writing, just get started. You can always delete, add, change, etc. to your piece. Good luck. Let me know how it goes for you.

After 2 months of age, bottle fed babies should be offered
a bottle 4 to 6 times a day or more often if the baby demands it and will gradually increase to
eating 6 to 8 ounces of formula per feeding. For example, there is evidence that
patients with Crohn’s disease, which causes inflammation
in the gastrointestinal tract, can benefit from a high-calorie liquid diet.
The liver produces proteins that help maintain the volume of the blood and the
    clotting factor.
